Summer Youth Practice Nights

Location: OSY Arena 10760 N. 60th St.

5pm to 8pm

 

 

Join us Tuesday evenings starting May 7, 2024 through August 6, 2024, for our youth practice nights. Any OSY members ages 18 and under are invited to participate. Non-members are welcome to watch. An accompanying adult must be present the entire time their youth is at practice. Please no drop offs! Horses are not provided just encouragement and guidance. OSY member volunteers will help coordinate and lead youth practice nights.

 

Non-riders are encouraged to watch and learn. Lead line is welcome especially at the beginning of practice. As we progress through the night, lead line youth may need to come to the middle of the arena or exit the arena depending on number of riders and skills being worked on. Safety is a priority and practice leaders will determine the best course of action depending on the number of participants and skill levels attending.
